You would notice that the poorer the neighborhood is the dirtier it is, do you think this a matter of money? or a matter of culture? or maybe a matter of attitude?i would say attitude, why? simply because to be clean doesn't require much money, and culture usually derives a lot of it from religion and no religion underestimates "clean".so back to attitude, what is behind that attitude ? i wouldn't generalize my claim but it is present in a way; frustration ! picture this, a person who has the minimum living conditions i.e a place to sleep, a salary that barely supports him, and lots of unreachable dreams, he comes home frustrated of his work and the traffic hell to get home and after lunch he looks around and realizes that he has to clean the room and then says to himself " what the hell" and leaves everything as it is because he has no will in making his part of the deal better.or the same person is walking in the street and has something in his hand to throw away so he throws it away in the street saying " what the hell" on the other side he might start making the less that he has better to make himself feel better, some are like this and some are like that you agree with me or disagree but i would like to know your opinions
