yeah finally i am leading a healthy life style, at least that's what i think.
5:45 wake up and go run in the street
6:30 take a shower
6:45 breakfast a yogurt and 2 toasts
7:00 take the bus to work
i don't eat anything at work, take lunch with my pretty wife at home at around 7:00pm and spend some time at home before i sleep around 1:00 am
Friday: just sleep as much as i can ;)
