I went with my wife to one of the Stockman - a mega store chain - to buy some stuff. At the cashier, i get my VISA Electron that i obtained from a finnish bank, the cashier asks me for my ID.

Now that is totally normal, she needs to check that i am the owner of the card, fine. Well not really, they would only accept Finnish IDs ! ! !

So unless you are a finnish citizen, don't try to go shopping.
